We've been getting snow down here, and we have lots of pine trees in this part of Texas, but I miss my mountains :tears:

I grew up in Sitka, Alaska, but my family's originally from Southwest Ireland (Cill Airne primarily), and stayed in that area for, oh, about 2,700 years ;) So, genetically I am adapted to cold, wet, overcast environments. This part of Texas (55 miles northwest of Houston) is great from Oct-Apr, but May-Sept are unbearable. Still, I can handle the heat and sunlight, but the best we have here are low, rolling hills, no mountains :cries:
